As a public management scholar, I aim at understanding how public sector organizations perceive, manage, and respond to technological and environmental risks. My research interest lies at the intersection of technology in government, risk management, and decision-making processes of public organizations. I am particularly curious about determinants of cyber-threats targeting local governments, as well as the organizational processes involved in preparing for and responding to the risks posed by climate change.
My research is currently published in several journals, including Public Management Review, Government Information Quarterly, and Telecommunications Policy.
